Yoga asanas are one of the few physical exercises you can continue doing as you age. Time to time we are organizing yoga classes in our NGO for our elderly people. Aside from the yoga classes, we also conduct meditation classes, Satsang sessions and pujas.
In Winter we distribute Blankets and Shawls to our NGO people as well as to other needy people.
We in NIRMAL TAMSA SEWA SAMITI , celebrates all the festivals like Holi, Deepawali, Raksha Bandhan, Indepdance Day etc.
